I wish I have read the horrible reviews before I made the order. Very disappointed. The item (hair crimping iron) has came unsealed and obviously someone already used it and returned it to the shop, although it was sold as new. Very complicated return policy, does not provide any return label and you have to return the item by your own means and pay the shipping feel yourself. Will never recommend to anyone this shop and I will never but anything from Vivantis again
